NGV x ART 2021 @dotcomme (A Proposal...), 2021 The pairing of two tales – the marriage of art and fashion. ‘A Proposal’ 2021 aims to deconstruct our ideas around tradition, opening a dialogue for self-expression and the spaces we occupy, through form, function and its duality. ‘A Proposal’ 2021 studies the history, tailoring and innovation in design by iconic Japanese designer, Rei Kawakubo from COMME des GARÇONS via the archive of dot.COMME founder, Otto La Rosa.
