Have you had a DUSTY DINNER yet? Our series of collabs with London's hottest chefs is one of the best things we're doing right now. The line up of talent is sizzling, the evenings are a vibe and the food is just how we like it: outrageously delicious. Last night we had @parisrosina in and she broke the house down with a tiramisu described by one punter as the best they'd ever had. If you've got FOMO then.. soz. On 27th October we have Jake Norman @jake_normal with a menu that is going to have you spraying fire emojis: šŸ”„fermented corn bread & smoked butter šŸ”„trout aguachile šŸ”„roast pork cheek, pozole, kiwi salsa šŸ”„pilonchillo Jake is a London-born chef whose food is diverse, untraditional and heavily inspo'd by Mexico where he had his first job in a kitchen. He's currently a developer in the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen, and has previously worked at St John, Bubala, Sabor, Berber&Q. This is going to be a night of serious deliciousness, it just wouldn't be savvy to miss it. As always we do two sittings - one at 18:00 and 20:30. Minimum booking of two people.
