Sending love to those who are…
…grieving a loss that feels even heavier this time of year.
…missing family or friends and feeling homesick for what used to be.
…mentally and physically exhausted from carrying so much.
…trying to hold it together when it feels like too much.
…feeling lonely—or spending this season alone.
…worried about the future and feeling unsteady.
…not feeling festive, even when everyone else seems to be.
…feeling pressure to meet expectations you never agreed to.
…feeling overwhelmed or anxious around all the people.
This season isn’t easy for everyone. And if it feels heavy, please remember: nothing is wrong with you for feeling this way. Take a breath, offer yourself compassion, and allow your feelings to be exactly what they are.
