Welcome to Astrid & Gastón! A culinary experience you won’t want to miss while in Lima, Peru!!! Their menu changes every few months so you’ll always have something new. We actually enjoyed dinner so much that we went back the next day for lunch! Also had the pleasure of meeting Astrid, who was once named Latin America’s Best Pastry Chef. She was such a sweetheart and very down to earth! Gastón, on the other hand, is one of the most important promoters of Peruvian cuisine in the world! Their restaurant only uses locally sourced ingredients. Absolutely delicious! Can’t recommend anything because the menu changes often, but I can guarantee everything will be impeccable. Every person we met in Peru recommended eating there! They also have a tasting menu set in private rooms within the beautiful restaurant, which used to be a hacienda.
