#Funder Friday - We would like to shout out the Office of Supervisor @hollyjmitchell for supporting our Fremont Healthy Culture Hub. Together, we are building initiatives to engage students and their neighbors in taking charge of their wellness and integrate cultural strategies as a powerful complement to onsite health clinics/community gardens. This includes increasing awareness of the Fremont Healthy Culture Hub and co-creating highly visible art installations that center stories from our communities.
