This was the most fun I’ve had on a first descent in a long time. I don’t want to say ever, but definitely in recent memory, thanks to the crew @sandymacewan, @toddwellskayak, and @eparkerphoto_ . The rare and extraordinary combination of conditions, group, and the river itself made for a rare and extraordinary BC first descent experience. Lots of work to cover only about 11 miles in 5 days, but that was more or less the plan, and damn it’s good when a plan works out. So many thanks to the crew for making it the best it could be, and @kokatatusa for helping make it happen at all. Thanks @toddwellskayak for the photo!
