First birthday without you has been a rather complex feeling to explain as pain is definitely felt but also the necessity to maintain knowledge that your passing is just from one realm to another and that you are ever more present spiritually. I know, all of that, yet I’m unable at times to see if that is actually true (though it is true) and it leads me to check myself back into sense and gratitude for having been birthed and raised to be the men I am today thanks to you.
