We’ve also introduced completely re-imagined food & cocktail menus reminiscent of Hawaii’s golden age of travel. Joining a refreshed dining room, a contemporary new pool bar, Earl's, offers front row seats for premier sunset vistas of the Pacific Ocean, Diamond Head and our 135-year-old Kiawe Tree. Additional enhancements include a state-of-the-art exhibition-style glass kitchen and custom Marra Forni brick oven created in Italy exclusively for Halekulani. Guests will enjoy numerous new menu items, such as the House Without A Key Laulau, Char Siu Coconut Baby Back Ribs and Flat Bread “Skizza” Country Comfort.
