Tra le mura storiche di Bergamo Alta, nella città medievale che domina l’intera valle, è stata ristrutturata, a più fasi, una palazzina anni Trenta. Passata in mano a numerosi proprietari, si trova all’interno di un sito Unesco a cielo aperto, fra il verde dell’altura e fra i colori caldi, pietrosi, dei rivestimenti tipici della città stratificata. Gli attuali proprietari, hanno affidato il progetto di ristrutturazione interna a @pelizzaristudio che ne ha ricavato una dimora dal fascino borghese, con un tocco di stile contemporaneo, in linea con la storicità del contesto dentro cui si trova. Having passed through the hands of several owners, it is located within an open-air Unesco site, amidst the green of the high ground and the warm, stony colours of the stratified city walls. The current owners, a young couple with a little girl, entrusted the interior renovation project to Pelizzari Studio, which created a residence with bourgeois charm, with a touch of contemporary style, in line with the historicity of the context in which it is located.
