What an emotional summer it has been. Privately as well as professionally. Thank you @guidemichelin for inviting me on stage at the Michelin Guide Nordic’s award show on July 4th in Stavanger. It was a true pleasure to be able to present one of the special awards I value the most, The Michelin Guide’s Chef Mentor Award, to a very dear friend of mine. Chef Wassim Hallal @frederikshoj - I was emotional on stage. I might have paused for too long during my speech. But hey... atleast my poor stage performance was genuine and a result of my love for you my dear friend. Special thanks to: Dezelle - @d_zelbells - for your professionalism and amazing personality.
