@lesliejoanny Repost: With fine low density hair, technique is EVERYTHING. It may take trial and error to find what works for you (especially with SO MANY techniques out there) but eventually you will find the routine that works. Here are a few things that work for me: ✨ Lightweight products ✨ If using a heavier product, applying less (adding more water after products are in) ✨ Not sectioning my hair to apply products ✨ Applying products away from my roots, starting with my ends first and working my way up. ✨ Styling upside down and side to side ✨ Raking in my products with my fingers (both leave in and gel) then finishing with scrunching to my roots. ✨ Squeezing out any excess water/product before drying. ✨ Air drying first 10-15 minutes then diffusing the rest of the way. ✨ Fluffing my roots with a pick after scrunching out the crunch for a fuller look. Having fine low density hair can be frustrating at times but getting to know our hair and and discovering what works is the best part. Also, styled with a new combo and I’m obsessed 🤭 #righteousrootsoils leave in detangler + #breahni styling gel 🤩 . . . . . . . . . #finehair #finehairsolutions #lowdensityhair #stylingtips #finecurlyhair #finecurls #wetcurls #definedcurls #voluminoushair #voluminouscurls #moisturizedhair #healthycurls #curlsin2022 #2022curls #2022hair #rizos2022 #curlyreels #naturallycurlyhair #breahni #righteousrootsdidthat #washdaysuccess
