Kid Creole & the Coconuts last night were mesmerising, inspirational and magnificent. The music, the lyrics, and August himself as fresh, poignant, relevant and entertaining as ever. The band was tight and glorious with a brilliant brass section and the Coconuts totally tantalising. There was also a lovely bonus guest star performance from the stunning Jo Harrop. I just feel extremely sorry for anyone who was not there, which I guess is most probably you!!!
