Travelling doesn’t mean your progress should stop. ✈️🏋️‍♂️💪🏻⁣ ⁣ Travelling has always been a big part of my life. Whether for work or just making memories, I find that I am away from home a lot. This means dealing with time difference, a change of workout spots and more. ⁣ ⁣ In the past I’ve let my training slip when I’ve travelled simply through not being prepared.⁣ ⁣ Here’s a few things I do to make sure I don’t loose gains when I’m on the go: ⁣ ⁣ 1. Bring your workout clothes with you ⁣ 2. You can pretty much run wherever you go so don’t forget your runners ⁣ 3. Google well-rated gyms near where you are staying that offer day pases. Use this as a chance to vary your training as new gyms often have equipment your gym doesn’t have. ⁣ 4. Make sure that gym has good lighting for them pump pics 🙃🌝⁣ 5. Bring your supplements with you. Pre workout always travels with me. ⁣ 6. If you are jetlagged, work out at a different time, doesn’t matter if that’s too early or too late for the place you are at.⁣ ⁣
