Levrone Report 2023 Workout #14 of 12 Week Transformation Todays @360fitperformance workout was emphasis on Core, Hip, Cardio Warmup, Wind bike for 5mins then Row machine for 800 meters Three Rounds Roa machine and do knee tucks for 20 reps superset with ski machine for 200 meters Three Rounds Hip mobility knee over 10 each leg 3 core exercise: 1. Do for 40 reps 2. Do for 20 reps 3. Hip rotation 10 each leg Then Ball rotational slams 6 each side Finishing With Assault treadmill: 6 sets of 30 seconds sprints I hope you are following along doing these workouts, if you are let me know if your seeing any improvements!
