Single Mother Swan update . As a-quick recap you will recall that the male mating swan of Kip Lake was killed by a dog while protecting his broad of newly hatched signets. Allow me to share the good news that the 3 signets are now almost fully feathered with their adult feathers and all seems well on the pond. Despite signs asking to keep dogs leashed around the pond and NOT to feed the wildlife , plenty of people still ignore.
