Smoked Wild Whitefish🐟🌬️and deboning SUCCESS 🙌🏻... Do ‘you’ know how to prep/debone one of these beauties ?.. Well, I surely didn’t. I bought one a few years ago & LOVED the smoky tender fish, BUT after haphazardly pulling it apart, there were sooo many lil’ no-seeum bones, I could not see serving it to anyone else (I, however, had no problem eating the whole thing, lol). THIS time, I watched a few videos... Success ! I did miss a few bones, but it was pretty easy & SO Good, I’ve already bought another ! Might make a classic Smoked Whitefish Salad or... just serve as-is w/ tartar & meyer lemon. If you’re a Smoked Fish Fan, I hope you give it a try and go for the Whole Fish 🙌🏻 . PS... This might not be the “best” way to debone, but it worked great for me.
