One of my favorite spots in Long Beach is @selva.lbc by @chef_carlosjurado The menu is Colombian inspired and every dish packs great flavor. We always get the chicharron, ceviche and chaufa. The asada steak is perfectly cooked and you can even add truffle for some extra indulgence.
