I would have hoped to write about Lebanon in better circumstances... 💔🇱🇧 Almost a year has passed since the unspeakable explosion of the Port of Beirut on August 4th, and despite the fact that none of those responsible for this disaster have been arrested or declared guilty, I was moved and honored to write for this week-end’s issue of the How To Spend it/Financial Times @ft_howtospendit @ft_weekend about the miracle called ‘the Lebanese people’.
