A little “woo woo” but it works ✨ When I’m choosing products at the store, I like to do a little energetic test to see what aligns best with my body. I hold the product close to my heart, close my eyes, and let my body go. If I feel pulled backward, it’s a no for me. If I fall forward, it’s a yes. It may sound a little out there, and I know it’s not for everyone, but I’ve found it to be such a helpful way to tune into my body’s intuition and choose what feels right. Of course, on a more practical level, I always read the ingredients and use the Yuka app to check for clean products that support my health.
