Butter, sugar and flakes, bit of savoury on top. Rip out the counter and hang it in the Louvre. Here's the thing - if you want to see the pastry counter looking this good you have to get here early. 8am sort of early. It's worth it though. You can grab a coff, have a sit down with the papers. Hang around until 9 for an egg, chilli, cheese. If you’re in it for the long haul, we’ll serve you a sandwich from 11:30. Sounds good doesnt it.. See you soon London ☀️
