Piri piri prawn (instead of tofu) over crispy orzo from Mezcla by @ixta.belfrage. As I’m not a fan of tofu (or just haven’t found the right brand yet) I was happy to read that this dish is equally amazing with jumbo prawn (or fish if you prefer).
Like Ixta says: this dish is one pan, it’s also a meal-in-one, featuring protein, carbs, and veggies. Perfect for a weeknight dinner. Unfortunately I accidentally bought unpeeled prawn which make it a little bit difficult to eat for the kids. I also reduced the heat a tiny bit because of the tiny humans I have to take into account 😅.
Verdict: ‘please make this again soon mum!!’
