How fast can a world class 1500 meter runner run a marathon? I’m excited to find out! Stoked to add @benfblankenship to the crew. Ben is going to be a joy to work with. I’ve always loved his fun and level-headed approach to training and believe he has a ton of potential on the roads in the longer races. I’ve always wanted to bring a 1500 meter runner up to the marathon so I am really excited to see how Ben progresses in the coming months and years. Lots of grinding miles ahead. Time to put the head down and get to work, which is my favorite part of the journey.
