@ash_jinnan [æ Grand Opening!] After a week of soft opening, our machines are warmed up, espressos are ready to go, and we are excited to announce our GRAND OPENING! æ (pronounced “ash”) is SG Group’s first Zero-Waste Cafe & Bar. By pursuing Zero-Waste, we have made a commitment to seriously evaluate our products’ packaging and sourcing in constructing our menu and operations. We are certain Zero-Waste will be a continuous challenge, but a truly meaningful step in the right direction for the F&B industry and beyond. 🌏 A joint project with champion barista Taka Ishitani overseeing our coffee program, the coffee menu features two iconic signature blends. While single-origin coffee is undoubtedly delicious, we have decided to focus on creating a set of blends that defines our coffee at æ. ☕️ Our cocktail list consists of two parts: Coffee Cocktails and Zero-Waste Classics. The Coffee Cocktails galvanize the philosophies of both the barista and the bartender, resulting in perfectly balanced, dangerously drinkable offerings that will satisfy bar hoppers and caffeine fiends (otherwise known as coffee aficionados) alike. Zero-Waste cocktails capitalize on SG Group’s ecosystem of bars and restaurants strategically located in proximity. This allows for all resources to be used to the fullest, radically minimizing wasted ingredients before finally getting recycled or composted. æ is open from 10AM until 11PM, serving coffee and cocktails all-day long!
