You know I LOVEEEE the flex of getting dressed up so when I found out @ArmandHammerLaundry was partnering with @dressforsuccess again to support their annual Power Walk fundraising campaign, I had to be a part!!! Being a woman, a mom, a wife, a business owner, and more is a privilege but that doesn’t come without obstacles. And I am working through a challenging time this week as I sent my barely 16 year old son across the country to continue pursuing his dream of being a professional soccer/ footballer. As much as I want to keep him close and continue pouring into him as his mom, I know that he is living in purpose and is destined for greatness on that soccer pitch. And while there’s a hole in our physical home without him here, I know the best thing I can do for him is to be his biggest cheerleader, and fan that flame of determination while showing him what professional success looks like!!! Even in this difficult time I have a small community of sisters who are a constant pillar of strength around me! What makes Dress For Success so dope is that they empower and inspire women by continuing to support EQUALITY FOR ALL WOMEN!!!!! So we can continue to show up for our people, fight the good fight, and be the change our world deserves!
