Let’s stop trying to change our entire lives, all at once, and inevitably failing AND then thinking we are the broken ones. The “diet” system is broken. Too often health professionals don’t care about your health— they want your money.

You can and should eat foods you enjoy while still reaching your goals.

You can and should enjoy your workouts.

Let’s start by normalizing that we are all different and should all follow different training and nutrition programs that work WITH us and not against us as INDIVIDUALS. 👏🏼💪🏼

Before starting ANY health program or protocol ask yourself, “is this something I can do for the rest of my life?” “Is this TEACHING me anything?” “How can I apply this program to daily life?”

Let’s stop allowing diet companies/fitness professionals to prey on people’s insecurities and demand more. Education. Health. Wellness. Longterm sustainable health.
