Jade is the prettiest restaurant in Beverly Hills and the menu offers many Japanese inspired hits with a French flair @jade.beverlyhills Stand outs are the Spicy Tuna Crisp, Black Snapper Sashimi and, I can’t believe I’m saying this, the fully vegan Sapphire Roll. They also have a stunning Japanese A5 Wagyu Tartare available for a limited time (until 11/25). It’s made with tender ribeye cap, roasted bone marrow, black garlic and saffron espuma for a bit of a Persian twist. The cocktails at Jade are nice and stiff and all have a little Japanese flair.
