I know what I said about turkey this year for Thanksgiving, but if you’re going to make it, make SURE it’s these smothered turkey wings. Ingredients • Turkey wings • Salt • Pepper • Chicken bouillon • Adobo • Goya Complete seasoning • Slap Ya Mama • Garlic powder • Ground sage • Onion powder • Kinder’s Woodfire Garlic seasoning @Kinder's Flavors • 2 tablespoons epis • 2 tablespoons vinegar • 2 tablespoons olive oil • 1⁄2 cup melted butter • 1 cup beef broth • 1–2 teaspoons liquid Maggi seasoning • 1 tablespoon minced garlic • 1 onion, sliced • 1 green bell pepper, sliced • Fresh thyme sprigs Seasonings: Salt, pepper, chicken bouillon, adobo, complete seasoning, Slap Ya Mama, garlic powder, onion powder, ground sage, Kinder’s Woodfire Garlic Instructions 1. Rinse the turkey wings with water, lime, and a splash of vinegar, then pat them completely dry. 2. Season the wings generously with salt, pepper, chicken bouillon, adobo, complete seasoning, Slap Ya Mama, garlic powder, onion powder, ground sage, and Kinder’s Woodfire Garlic. 3. Add the epis, vinegar, and olive oil, then rub everything into the wings until they’re fully coated. 4. Layer the sliced onions, bell peppers, minced garlic, and fresh thyme around and on top of them. 5. In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, beef broth, and liquid Maggi to create a seasoned broth. 6. Pour the broth into the bottom of the baking dish so the wings sit directly in the liquid. 7. Bake at 400°F for 11⁄2 hours, basting every 20 -25 minutes, until the wings are tender and the gravy has developed. 9.
