I’ve been working on @efflorescencehealth for quite some time now & I’m so excited to finally be sharing it with the world. Making my health a priority has been central in my life for the past couple years. As a certified integrative nutrition health coach, I want to help empower you to build and support a body that you feel your best in. Taking a look at your health from a whole perspective- encompassing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Since childhood, I struggled with various health issues that were ultimately blocking me from becoming my best, strongest self. Through turning to holistic methods of healing and understanding that food is medicine, I began to change my story for the better. One of the main reasons of starting Efflorescence is because I’ve seen first hand the impact that mothers, fathers, and caregivers have on their children’s health and wellness- food choices, daily habits, routines, coping mechanisms, etc. that either have the power to serve or harm- often following them through childhood into adulthood. I want to help you gain the power back in your health story and help you build a solid foundation for you to ‘bloom’ into the best, most authentic version of you, regardless of where you came from. In doing so, my hope is that you can share the wealth of true health and wellness with those around you, positively impacting our future generations to lead healthier, more conscious lives from very beginning.
