Not posted on my fitness journey in a while and this will probably be my last one as i find it embarrassing but about 18 months ago I had let myself go. I wasnt in a good place, drinking too much, eating rubbish and doing absolutely no exercise whatsoever. The picture in the black t-shirt with the 5 chins was the day I knew I had to make a change to my life. I played in a charity 5 a side tournament and was absolutely ashamed of myself. After 2 minutes I had to go and sit down heart pounding out my chest and thinking I was about to have a heart attack. I knew then I had to change my lifestyle. In the last 6 months I have gradually stopped drinking, stopped eating carbs, stopped eating sugar and started more of a keto/carnivore based diet and I am in the best shape i have been in since I stopped playing. If I can do it then so can you. If I can help one person then it is worth the embarrassment of posting. Couldn't do it without the help from my friends. Thank you to one of my oldest friends @lh_metabolicldn for sending me the @metabolicldn sessions. I cant recommend that gym enough. Also to my old mate from school @daviniataylor for sending me the @willpowders products that are absolutely amazing. The best day to start is today, the next best day is tomorrow. 🙏
