Interview with @telemundo @elvasaray for @longbeach_walls @artrenzei @intertrend @accesototalshow This is a full circle moment for me. From someone who would refuse to do public speaking because I was such a crippling introvert, to evolving in a space where now I feel comfortable in my skin to do it and own it, and not only in English but Spanish!!! I’m still not 100 comfortable with my Espanol, despite it being my first language, I know I’m rusty. ( that’s a whole other story for another time) But my younger self would have died to see this. Part of my reason for becoming an artist was a bit of a cop out from society, thought I could hide away behind my pieces but what a wake up call it’s been, when people cared enough about the work that I was doing to offer me interviews throughout my career. I’m so thankful to have been put into this space to fight the things I think I’m so terrible at, and learn Im only as bad as I believe I am..so might not seem like a big moment but this is evolution.
