Velvets are one of my favorite lip formulas because it stays on like a matte but feels so soft and cushiony + isnt drying or flaky. These have been in my rotation ever since i got them. They glide on so smoothly, melt into your lips, and are so lightweight. It feels like i have nothing on my lips at all when i wear them - they are so comfortable!
