Make it routine, do it monthly and stick to the same time of the month as our boobs often change with our hormonal cycle. . Please please don't be afraid to check, self checking isnt about looking for cancer, it is about knowing what is normal for you so that if things change you are aware and equipped to deal with it. . If you are from a minority community, dont be afraid to touch your boobs, they are a part of your body and deserve the love.. . Encourage open conversations about breast health, educate from young to old and vice versa is key. This disease does not discriminate so please don’t think this Information is not for you. .
