a cozy night in my life with timestamps <3 lately I’ve been spending a lot of time by myself, and it’s really got me thinking about how important it is to have a relationship with yourself. Being able to know yourself, what you like, what you don’t like, how you want to be spending your time - all of those things have completely changed the way that I spend my alone time. During tonight’s night routine, I prioritized doing things that I knew would make me feel calm and relaxed. I actually made a list in my journal of things that I can do to unwind at the end of the day (a lot of which I did tonight). If you’re reading this, I would encourage you to grab a piece of paper and a pen today, and make a list of things that you know about yourself as well as a list of things that you know relax you.
