This month we’re celebrating 10 years of The Roundhouse. It’s nice to stop and reflect on where we’ve been and what we’ve accomplished in 10 years. Read on for a little “Roundhouse by the numbers” and swipe over for a few old photos of our event space pre-makeover! 🪚 Months of Construction: We started restoration back in October 2010 and opened our doors as a full-service hotel, restaurant and event space in September 2012, so the project took about 24 months or so to complete. 🛏 Hotel Rooms: We started with just 12, but today we operate 51 guest rooms here on the property, split between our namesake round building and our converted mill building. 💪 Roundhouse Team: During the peak summer months our team tops out at just about 100 employees. We are lucky to have a lot of dedicated local talent on our crew, doing everything from hotel management to wedding service, to fine dining at the restaurant and so much more. It takes a little village to run this place! 💐 Weddings at The Roundhouse: Beginning in 2012 and going on 10 years now, we’ve had the honor of hosting quite a few epic wedding celebrations. 718 weddings to be exact. Make that 721 after this weekend! 🍾 Bottles of Champagne: With so many special moments to celebrate, we estimate over 18,000 (!!!) bottles of champagne have been popped here at The Roundhouse!
