❄️ This is the perfect cool, refreshing dessert for the Labor Day heatwave 🥵 No oven required! ❄️ ICE CREAM SANDWICH CAKE ❄️ 10 3.5-ounce frozen ice cream sandwiches, any flavor 2 pints softened ice cream, any flavor 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, such as Oreos 1/2 cup fudge topping ❄️ Line a 9x5 inch pan with plastic wrap. Snuggly place 5 ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of pan, cutting to fit if necessary. ❄️ Top with half of the ice cream. Top with 5 more ice cream sandwiches, then the remaining ice cream. ❄️ Sprinkle cookie crumbs evenly over ice cream. Freeze at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. ❄️ Turn out onto a serving platter. Top with fudge topping.
