Mix all the ingredients together 2. Dough shouldn’t be sticky or dry 3. Add flour to surface, divide into four pieces 4. Rollout and shape your bagel 5. Add egg wash all over the top & sides 6. Add toppings like sesame seeds, cheese everything but the bagel seasoning 7. Bake for 10 min in the air fryer on 350
