As an emerging designer, I have realized I am capable of accomplishing anything I put my mind to and so can you! Five days to ideate, design and construct my first couture gown for the Cannes @amfar Gala. This is the story. From ideation, to sourcing 30 vintage gowns and tuxodos, to reworking them, to making the pattern, to sourcing deadstock materials, to making 3 samples, to our first and last fitting with Duckie only 24hrs before Amfar, to walking the Amfar red carpet beside my gown. It was a sleepless and magical journey I will never forget with @samimirovintage @fwrd ❤️
