I had my top surgery done in July 2021 by Dr. Alexander Facque @genderconfirmationcenter. My top surgery is called double incision with nipple resizing and replacement (in a more masculine size and position on my chest). When my nipples were healing, they had a tough time and scarred over and stretched a bit. Nipples are reallllly tough things to heal “perfectly” after resizing and replacement. I knew that going in. Having a flat chest is all that truly matters to me. My scars tell a part of my story and is a physical reminder of what it has taken to get here. I love my scars for that. ♥️ I still use @ziggysnaturals CBD salve to massage my incision scars because it has helped flatten my scars over time, and it just feels really nice.
