it’s our graza-fied spin on a classic! dip into it, use it to dress leafy greens or drink it. need a dairy-free alternative? swap the green yogurt for mayo and there you have it ✨
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cup of parsley leaves
• 1/2 basil leaves
• 2 tbsp fennel fronds leaves, rinsed
• 3 tbsp chives, roughly chopped
• 1 tbsp dill
• 1-2 cloves of garlic
• 1 tbsp capers
• 2-3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 1/2 tbsp champagne vinegar
• 1/2 cup Drizzle
• 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
• sea salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except salt and pepper and blend until smooth.
2. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
