Saddened to hear of the death of Wilko Johnson, a guitar legend whose onstage persona with Dr Feelgood made him a precursor for punk rock in the UK. He was an inspiration for many, not least in his determination to carry on regardless in the face of a terminal cancer diagnosis. He did it right.
