I have posted her progression before, and now another year has passed. As you have probably heard, it takes a year for final results in rhinoplasty. Well, that is not always the case. Sometimes the nose can continue to improve and show more definition over time. Structural rhinoplasty allows this to occur without collapse. This is particularly true in thicker skin/larger noses (as was the case here) and in revision rhinoplasty. Do you see how her definition in the tip has improved, as well as her supratip break?
