Answering the most FAQs below!!👇🏻 Where did you get it?! -my mom and I created the piece collaboratively years ago from canvas.. hemming the edges and just adding layers of leftover paint and I think some wax to seal it... I painted the main city roads of Tucson on it and the kids used it as a play mat for years. One day I was rolling it up to move it bc it wasn’t really getting played with. I loved the texture and rich color of the back of the mat and thought THIS IS SO PRETTY I COULD STICK THIS ON A WALL! We had recently moved in and had a lot of white walls to fill and not a lot of budget for art or decor.. esp not giant art. I attached it with a couple command strips and it’s been up there ever since! Can you teach me how to make one.. or make and sell them?! -Maybe someday! It was such a happy accident that I don’t know if I could recreate the texture and tones if I tried 😭 I’ll let you know though if I ever do! Any other questions??
