No, you’re not eating too little and gaining weight in “starvation mode.” No, it’s not that you’re eating too much fat or too many carbs. It’s actually a very simple reason... You’re eating too much. End of sentence. Listen, if you’re trying your best, and you’ve legitimately been putting in more effort than usual... It’s ok! It’s normal for people like you to not know about nutrition. It’s normal to feel lost, confused, and frustrated at the lack of progress. With all the BS online, and every snake oil salesman telling you different... It’s hard to know what to believe.
