a routine for when you’re not feeling so hot <3 🫧wash face: being sick always makes my whole face feels super puffy, so cold water always feels so good. 💫change into a comfy set: I always make a really big effort to change my clothes in the morning, because sitting around in my PJs tends to make me feel a bit more lethargic. Even though I’m probably going to be working from the couch today or in bed, I still wanted to make an effort and put something else on! 🌱skincare (or anything that makes you feel a bit more fresh): it doesn’t have to be skincare, but doing something that helps me freshen up for the day usually makes me feel a little bit better! 🍵make tea: I drink loads and loads of tea whenever I’m sick. Green tea and peppermint tend to be two of my favorites!! ☀️get lots of sun: even if I’m not sick, standing in the sun immediately makes me feel better. So when I am sick, I always make an intentional effort to spend a lot of time outdoors.
