Marry Me Chicken (Kid Edition) my kids are picky! Recipe below ⬇️ & on pepper the app! Recipe 2 chicken breasts 6 tbsp flour Salt & Pepper 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp oil from sundried tomatoes 1 cup chicken stock 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup Parmesan 1/3 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes 4 garlic cloves minced 1/4 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp basil 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes Pasta of choice Step 1: Slice chicken breasts in half and pound down till 1/4 inch thin. Generously season both sides with salt and pepper. Then press into flour on both sides till coated. Step 2: Heat skillet over medium heat. Add butter and 1 tbsp of oil from sun-dried tomatoes. Cook chicken on both sides for 4-5 minute a side. When done pull off and cover for later. Step 3: In same skillet over med low heat add 1 tbsp Sun-dried tomato oil, minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for 30 seconds till fragrant. Add chicken stock to deglaze pan. It will look dark dont worry. Add to a blender or a container with immediately blender and blend. My kids hate looking at tomatoes but like the taste of them. This makes the dish kid friendly. Both my kids loved this dish. Add back to pan. Keep heat med low add in Heavy cream, Parmesan till sauce forms. Step 4: Add in seasonings and salt and pepper to taste. Step 5: Add pasta into mix at al dente and stir till sauce has thickened. It will within a few minutes, add in sliced chicken and serve.
