Personal Goal Achieved! Anyone that has been on a set knows the almost impossible self control you have to have with craft services and catering. In 25 years in the business I’ve never NOT gained weight while filming. In fact during CakeWars I’d gain 15 pounds of fat a season. I always leave a movie feeling bad about myself because I didn’t have self control. But not this time! I drank my @getrawnutrition shakes thanks to @mattjansen8 I had a very solid foundation going in thanks to @brandon__wertz @mark.suh74 @everwellmd @jonas_zeuss And now when we wrap I leave looking better than when we started.
