Is your dupe really a dupe? Loved hearing @crissscortezz take on this and wanted to share. We all enjoy finding a more affordable version of something that we love. But just because something is in similar packaging to a higher end product, doesn’t mean what’s inside will give the same finish. There is always an affordable alternative to whatever you’re looking for. To find the perfect products for you, instead of searching for packaging, write down the key things you want to achieve from your make-up and/or skincare and use those words to guide you. If I were to give an example, I love the Ordinary Serum foundation. Not a direct ‘dupe’ for anything, but a lovely, affordable base that comes in at £6. There are so many affordable brands with brilliant products - Peaches and Cream being one of my faves! Don’t limit yourself by only looking for the dupes.
