Day 6 and last day of my Nopi internship: I want to thank everyone for one of the best weeks of my life. All though it was hard work I truly enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you @carloshcapparelli for having me and for the opportunity to come and cook and learn at @nopi_restaurant. A big thanks to all the chefs for their help and patience and their willingness to share their knowledge. I can’t believe how lucky I am to have met such a great bunch of people 😘😘😘. Tomorrow I’m going back to Amstelveen.
