I have been hearing the saying “motherhood is not a job, it’s a relationship” so many times lately like I needed to hear it. my dad has said this to me before, that as parents it’s our job to guide our children not necessarily control them, and to give them the tools they need to succeed. I just don’t think it was time for me to hear that until lately. . does that happen to any of you guys, where you have heard something so many times but it doesn’t click until it clicks? because it’s clicking for me, and looking at motherhood as a relationship truly guides me to be the patient, loving and supportive mom I want to be. . also, if you haven’t hired my friend @kallanannphoto yet here’s your 1000th sign, she’s incredible!!!
