From 6-7pm there will be time to enjoy a drink and browse the products, and the auction will kick off at 7pm. Everything is already available to view online and in-store at SCP and absentee bids can be placed online, so if you can’t make it, you’re still in with a chance of winning the lot of your choice. The brainchild of designer Carl Clerkin, the Repair Shop saw a host of designer-makers repurpose excess components and unwanted parts from SCP, Very Good & Proper, Ercol, Pearson Lloyd, Jasper Morrison Studio, and John Tree Studio. The eclectic mix of outcomes have a charm and wit about them, including a ‘Book Mule’, ‘Jumper Chair’, ‘Happy Bucket Seat’, ‘For Play Chair’, ‘Beasley Bird Feeder’ to name a few. Where is it?
